Wildlife Defence League’s Wild Cat Project works to conserve mountain lion, lynx and bobcat and their habitat.
We use the best available science, promote coexistence and take on an approach founded in the belief that these cats have a right to live free from persecution.
Wild cats face numerous conservation challenges in a changing world, including the effects of climate change, human expansion, hunting, trapping and habitat destruction.
Using a combination of fieldwork, advocacy, education and outreach, we seek to ensure these animals and their habitat are protected for future generations.
